Password protect

I have an album I would like to have a password, on it and I have set it all up so the pass word is activated but for some unknown reason, when I log in under another name, and try it, it dosen't come up as password protected.

Is there anything you can do to help?

Clear your cookies when testing.

How do you do that? I even tried it on another computer and it has the same problem. The password will not show up.

Post a link to the album and a screenshot of album properties showing your settings.

We need a test user account to view your gallery.

As in a maintence one or a normal one?

You require visitors to log in to see your gallery, so we'd need to do exactly that, using a non-admin test user account that you have to provide.
