Will not recognize files

On batch add I have trouble with 1 directory uploaded by FTP. It reads the directory and then gives a list formats that it will recognize. The problem is all files are JPG. Any ideas? Anyone?

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. Post a deep link to one of the files you're trying to add as well.
