Banned certain email addresses

Is there a way to prohibit certain email addresses.
Let me give you an example, I have the need for users who want to register
with the mail type 123.4567@xxxxx.xx are banned or all those addresses
that are characteristic "numbers-point-numbers@xxxx.xx"
