custom field under picture thumb

hello

after several days of not succeeded search I finally decide to ask for assistance in the forum...

in thumbnails.php?album=1 i'd like to show under the thumbnail image the result field of the custom field 1 filled-in by the user in upload.php

(my custom field 1 is 'picture sent by' and i want the sender name appear under the thumb, like the caption/descritpion that i removed )

can someone please help me?

there's no such mod available, and I wouldn't do this anyway, since your coppermine gallery already "knows" the username of the uploader, so why have him enter his name a second time?
Wait a little longer, cpg1.3.0 which is to be released shortly will have this option built-in.

Coppermine gallery don't know the visitor's username because i allow visitor/unregistered to upload pics. so without fill in the registration form.

i just wanted they enter their name on the upload.php page.

so waiting for the new version

you got me wrong: cpg1.3.0 will have the option to display the username of registered users underneath the thumbnail. If you allow unregistered upload (which isn't recommended), you'll have to go for the custom filed solution you currently use and add the info underneath the thumb "manually".
