Can anyone tell  me how to change Terms and conditions?
How to add new page on coppermine gallery, like ABOUTH US page?

Both questions have been asked and answered before, please use the search. We have a strict "one question per thread" that you agreed to respect when signing up, so in the future please actually do respect it. Board rules say as well to use better subject lines than yours. You originally started your thread in the "photography tips & tricks" board, where it definitely doesn't belong, as your question clearly is coppermine-related and not related to photography. That's why your thread was moved. Respect board rules and common sense in the future if you want help.

This being said:

• Edit the registration disclaimer:
  edit lang/yourlanguage.php (e.g. lang/english.php) with a plain text editor, find $lang_register_disclamer and edit that registration disclaimer that is being defined there as you see fit.
• Create an additional page:
  Being described in About me plugin and some other threads.
