Problem with Batch add files

Hello all,

I have a coppermine callery on album.sanders-albek.nl

testaccount:

user: test
admin: tes

When i want to batch add files i get a red x. When I click on the X i get an error: "Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image."

I have tried to switch to GD version 1.x But that didn't work.

Can someone help me out?

The test user account doesn't have upload privileges. Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.

I am experiencing the same problem.  I tried to follow the Upload Troubleshooting Procedures.  But, they say to "Set the upload form configuration for all groups to "Single file uploads only""

I can not find this form configuration under "Groups" or any other location. 

Plus, when uploading the pictures I can only see the "Main" Album and can not see any of the sub-albums.   

I checked the permissions and they are set to 755 or 777.

The exact text from the docs is:

# Set the upload form configuration for all groups to "Single file uploads only"

   1. set File upload boxes to "1" (1)
   2. set URI upload boxes to "0" (2)
   3. set No. of boxes to "fixed" (3)

What exactly do you not understand?
