Is it possible to add a line of text under every image that is uploaded and if so how?

What I'm looking to do is to add the same one line of text under each image (after the image and before the comment fields) to remind members to nominate an image for our Photo of the week award. Plain text would do though ideally it could be made as a hyperlink to the e-cards which we use as the nomination tool.

I've attached a mock up what I'm after to explain it more clearly.

Cheers Frantz. Got my text in, now shows as "**Good enough for Photo of the Week? Then don't forget to nominate it**". Is there any way to make this a hyperlink which will open up the report file. We use that to nominate an image and I've got a feeling that making the text into a link will work better than just a reminder.

BTW I've also got the text centred and in bold too (not sure if that would make any difference to how it would be coded to link)
