[Closed]: Theme Needed

I am in need of a desiger that can do a good coppermine theme as well as apply it to php bb. My budget is $120 USD. The site is based on piping (bagpipes) pipe bands, and scottish culture, so I am wanting it to be tartan based, but modern looking. I am willng to pay a deposit. Designer must have an established website with samples of phpbb and coppermine themes displayed. Please reply to this thread.

Side note: there is a tool available that let's you create tartan background tiles: http://www.tartanmaker.com/
I suggest taking a look at the existing themes (browse the demo, using the "choose a theme" navigation) and specify a theme that you like most. Specify the theme you picked here. A skilled designer can then modify the theme further to integrate a tartan-background and come up with the needed changes for coppermine and phpbb.
