Changing theme?

Hi, I tried to see if this was posted anywhere prioor, if it was, i apologize, just direct me to it =)

I am trying to change the logo and stuff displayed on my gallery, and i looked at the FAQ and the instructions didnt work ... I changed stuff, and yet nothign actually changed ... any advice?

I am trying to change the logo displayed in the header of the photo gallery (http://www.consumingpassion.org/coppermine)

I tried to change it in the template.html ... but it didnt do anything

Did you:

1. Add the image file to the appropriate directory?

2. Check that file and the directory's permissions?

3. Clear your browser cache?

4. Save the changes you made to template.html?

yes, and i can get the header and description text to change on the template.html page, (but not inside of the actual gallery) and the image just shows up as a dead img.. what should the permisions be?
