Gallery is down

Hi! Yesterday I was uploading pictures on ftp and adding them to the gallery, at night when I tried to add more, I went to the gallery and it was like that:

reulpoad all coppermine files on your server. You have probably corrupted files on your install (some features are working http://www.bethany-source.net/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=lastup)

update your gallery (latest version is 1.4.16 you're running 1.4.14)

I did the update but now the thumbs are all small (the real siz I use is 70x85). Maybe I forgot to upload some file or folder? I just don't know which one is for the thumbs.
