stuck on a couple of things

Hey, there are a couple of things on coppermine that have gone wrong, like the css, its just gone and wont come back.. how hard I try it wont, and I cant explain this next one so I'll post a picture

and this next one I cant explain, I want to get rid of these sub-boards (not permanently, I just want to have to click the catergory before seeing them)
