Pop up issues with themes

Ok well i decided to make a new theme for my gallery, and i realised that when someone is on the a page and they click the image for the pop up to come back to show the full image does not work anymore with the new theme. (They have different CSS structures this time). Can anyone help me?

Try it out for yourself:

Try that with the current (Default theme, colour08) and it does not show the pop up when you click)
Then change the theme to "version2" and it does work, any ideas?

FAQ: The fullsize-pic doesn't pop up when clicking on the intermediate size pic. What's wrong?
