link custom page to breadcrumbs

Hi Everyone... I'm new to Coppermine, and learning fast. It is simply the best software I've come across. I have created a simple page in php and inserted the page into the root directory of Coppermine. I can access the page if I type the full url but I would like to add a link to the page from the breadcrumbs. I know this can be done in the configuration area using "Custom menu link URL", but I already have a link to the forum there.
Can anyone tell me how this can be done please.

Do you actually mean the breadcrumb or just the normal links?
