Files required to Import when changing Hosting Companies

I am changing hosting companies, and this particular one also offers Coppermine. Is there documentation as to what I need to bring over and import from the current Hosting concern to the new one?

There is a section in the FAQ that explains moving. Auto-installers are not recommended nor supported, so don't use it. Do exactly as suggested in the FAQ section. You have been told so often to read the docs before asking that it hurts.
