user's latest uploads via username

I understand that when you click on a user's name you should see the user's profile as well as links to the user's uploads and comments.

I do see the profile and a thumbnail of the user's uploads, and if I click the thumbnail I'm taken to a "last additions" page that says "no image to display." There should be images there, and I don't understand why this says there aaren't. How do I fix this? Also the latest comments also does not show up.
