How do I add a banner to the top header?

That's nearly too trivial to answer: you edit themes/yourtheme/template.html using a plain text editor (notepad.exe is fine) and insert the HTML-tag for the banner you want to see added in the spot you desire. Plain HTML basics, no coding involved. If you want details, then post details (link to your gallery and link to the banner image are mandatory to post). Specify as well where the banner is supposed to show.
