Spam Still Whilst Using Captcha

I have the catacha plugin installed but recently I've been getting spammed anyway.

Any suggestions/tips/updates to plugin?

captcha can only prevent spamming by automated bots. It might be possible that someone is manually adding spam comments to your pictures. In such case there no way to stop that person from spamming.
Also, captcha is not a 100% full proof solution against bots as well. Recently there was a news that some bot managed to read Google's captcha.

So, the best way IMO is to keep moderating the comments regularly.
