[Solved]: CatMgr error on upload -- anyway to upload separately?

Got an error messag and clicked ok to proceed with upload prior to install. But now get a 404 missing page when clicking on categories under my admin account. Hoping there's a way to upload that component / fix without having to start from scratch.
