I hope that someone can help me!

I have a gallery up and running but it seems that when a guest click on a thumbnail it say "no image to display", but it works fine when I am logged in?
All the albums are password protected.

I am very new to this so any help is appreciated.
Many thanks in advance

Spencer

This is my log;

[Edit GauGau] Removed debug_ouput [/Edit]

Don't post debug_output unless requested. Instead: post a link to your gallery.

OK. Now we have a link. What are we suppossed to do with it without the password ::)

spencerwhite

And the password is MOLLIE.

Thanks for looking

You appear to have applied extra security patterns (additional ones, not just PW protection).

spencerwhite

many thanks for your help
I will have a look! :o

Soory!

Do I change this in "user groups"?

Depends on what security mechanism you applied. If you use PW-protection, the field "Album can be viewed by" needs to be set to "me only" on the properties page.
Another possible reason for the issues you have might be applying the hack discussed in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#viewThumbnailsOnly - it doesn't work with PW-protected albums.

Avoid using capital letters in album passwords.

Thanks for all your help!

I've reset it back to factory default. And I will reset all the passwords.
