I got one word for you: Search (button). It's right there next to the Help button. It is there to assist you in getting answer you need for your question. And since a lot of questions, like this one, have already been answered you are more then likely to find one.

Example: search with the word avatar would have led you here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,47430.0.html
