Fatal Error when I upload

I have this problem when i'm upload a pic

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2183 bytes) in /home/harry7/public_html/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 262

Here my php.ini configs

max_input_time = 60 seconds
upload_max_filesize = 5MB
post_max_size = 16MB
memory_limit = 33MB
LimitRequestBody = 512KB
file_uploads = On

what i need to do ?
the error still appear !!
