hacker messed up my gallery.

thank goodness that google does malware checks, otherwise i would have never discovered it on my own (atleast not as soon). i checked a few pages that had been edited on dates i wasn't online & sure enough, tiny iframes were all throughout my site. i deleted them & changed all passwords, but i haven't been able to fix my gallery. when you visit it, the whole page is blank. should i reinstall the whole thing? if that's the case, do i have to ftp all my pictures all over again?
