(please upgrade when possible)

Hello,

i have following problem on the installation:

mySQL Error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 on query ' INSERT INTO cpg14x_filetypes VALUES ('jpg', 'image/jpg', 'image', '')'

Please help me ???
