Is Coppermine Photo Album a free PHP program that we can use in our host? Do you provide the host or any suggestion for the host(prefer the free one)? Thanks.

Coppermine is released under the GNU GPL and can be downloaded and used free of charge.
There's a thread on recomended webhosts on this board - please search for it.
