parent directory shown on site?

What am i doing wrong?  First I could only see my pics. in the "admin. mode" and red "x's" when I went to the site as the public would be able to.

Now when I go to the address "http://www.newhope-cogic.org/photos.newhope-cogic.org/index/"
the page reads:

Index of /photos.newhope-cogic.org/index

http://www.newhope-cogic.org/photos.newhope-cogic.org/ displays correctly for me, although the url is strange. You probably want http://photos.newhope-cogic.org/ which is also fine.

okay so my login "tglasper" is supposed to show and all of the "admin" tabs?

I see. Upload clean copies of index.php, thumbnails.php and anything else you modified.
