When logged as an admin and create an album, then I go in the properties of the album, I can set with the dropdown box who can view it. As an admin I can choose between all of my SMF existing groups, including CPG's own method which is "Me Only" OR "Everybody (Public Album)".

However, when I tested it with a regular user, I created an album then tried to see what a regular member would be able to do with the properties, I found out that on the same dropdown box, they can only choose:
1- Everybody (Public Album)
2- Me Only
3- Members of "private" group
4- Members of "Server Officer" group

Now, I created this gallery for my users, I want them to choose to make their album viewable publicly, which they can in the drop down box, but I also want them to make it only available to our community, which that would be anybody "registered" in our forum, but as you can see in the above stated list, a normal user can't choose that in his drop down box, he can only choose those 4 options stated above.

Why isn't (Members of "registered" group) not there, just as an admin can choose? It does not make sense those given presently to a user.
In other words, the only thing I want them to have as a choice is:
1- Everybody (Public Album)
2- Me Only
3- Members of "registered" group

Did I miss something while configuring my CPG?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for your support.
