Display radn img on homepage

Hi
How can I display random image from coppermine on my homepage, which is just plain html/php page?

Sorry for double posting, but just to make clear, my homepage has nothing in common with coppermine, it's simple html/php page. One more thing, my CPM is integrated in phpbb3 and wordpress, I hope it won't affect this isssue
