[Solved]: template error-failed to find block 'outbuffer'

Hello again, just upgraded from 1.4.13 to 1.4.16 and I get the following error message when up loading pictures:

Problem solved:

When I reinsatalled the gallery the hosting service did not delete all the files before reloading the new version. I manually deleted the files from the hosting server and then reloaded COPPERMINE; seems to be OK now!
