[Closed]: Possible hack or Trojan - help ASAP!!!

I got an emailed from one of my visitors saying that they there were pop-up ads and a Trojan on my gallery. There is also this strange image and code embedded, which I tried to remove from various files (index.php, template.html, and theme.php) but it does not go away.

My user logs also has a problem and I can't view them.
