Adding center banner

I'm trying to put some banners in the center of my gallery (view attachement), so I opened my template.html file and I searched the line where I could add my javascript code for the banner but I don't find anything.

I only found the following codes:

{THEME_SELECT_LIST}
{LANGUAGE_SELECT_LIST}
{ADMIN_MENU}
{GALLERY}
{CUSTOM_FOOTER}{VANITY}


so for example if I'd add a banner at the top of the page, I add my javascript code between {ADMIN_MENU} and {GALLERY}... But I didn't find anything like {LAST_ADDICTIONS} or {RANDOM_FILES} because I think this codes are included in {GALLERY}.

So is there a solution for my problem?
