When I changed the "Number of rows on thumbnail page" from 6 to 15, the thumbs got smaller.

The thumbs used to be 80x70. Now they're 70x40. :(

I upgraded the gallery to 1.4.18 and the stramm to. I'm not sure if this has something to do with the problem since I've upgraded my other gallery nad everything worked fine.

Image Dimensions: 70px × 85px (scaled to 70px × 40px)

Check your setting for 'use dimension' in config.

The 'Use dimension' is on 'max aspect'

I don't see this part, where can I change back to the old size? 70px x 85px

Unless you were using the modpack you can't set both dimensions. Change the 'use dimension' and see if the thumbs look right on any of the settings. If not, set either the width or height you want and rebuild the thumbs in admin tools.
