Moving comments to Title field

Is there an easy way to move ALL comments from the "description" field to the "title" field for each image ?

Probably didn't explain that too well.

I've uploaded a lot of images and populated the "description" field with info rather than the "title" field. I now realise those comments don't show unless I enable display of all the file information ...... which I don't want to do.

Thought there may be a database move (SQL ?) that will shift the whole lot in one go.

UPDATE cpg_pictures SET title = caption

Change the prefix as appropriate.
