Albums Folder Deleted

Hi Everyone

My Website including the Coppermine Gallery 1.4.10 has been hacked with the iframe linking to the spyware-site. So I updated to 3.4.18, and after a few tries the site and gallery are clean now. But, angry idiot I was, with the last "delete and upload again", I deleted the albums folder. As you can see here http://www.plan-neun.de/coppermine/index.php, the whole structure is still there, only the pics are missing. I used the built-in transformation tool to get the pics right while batch uploading. Is there any way to get the pics in again using batch upload and restore the albums folder? I don't have a backup of the folder, but of course the original pics.
