I'm pretty sure this is the area to change it, correct? I just don't know how to move my tables. I tried to align left and stuff but it doesn't go where i want to is there a way to go like position: absolute; with tables? I couldn't get it to work again thank you for any help.

Posting screenshots instead of the link that points to your page is silly. Especially posting screenshots of code is silly.
According to your screenshot the link to your gallery is http://hime-designs.com/gallery/
Link to your custom template is http://hime-designs.com/gallery/themes/pink/template.html
