Half Missing User?

I have a Postnuke .760 and the latest coppermine and pncpg setup. Im not sure what happened but a users account in Coppermine is missing.

They can login to coppermine
There personal gallery is still there
They dont show up in the member list
And i cant recreate the account because it says it still exist?

I tried to manual sync postnuke users to coppermine using the pncpg but that doesnt work and it messes up my permissions.

Any clue what to do?

A little late reaction, don't know if you fixed this allready?

Look at your usergroups in Coppermine. Are they all still there? It happens sometimes that a self made group suddenly disappears with the above as result.

Re-creating the group won't solve it because the group_id will be different.
