so.. i have this gallery and I want someone to help me... I already know that I have to set the permissions to each album so they can upload pics... but I wanna know HOW they can CREATE albums and categories?

*all help is appreciated!  :)

Not at all. Non-admin users can not create categories. Has been asked and answered a thousand times already.
