How do you ban by hostname in an older version of Coppermine?

You can't ban by hostname. Older versions go unsupported anyway - update.

Upgrade to 1.4.18. It's not a question of time.. it's choosing between being vulnerable on the web or run the latest stable version of cpg.

It's upgrade and get support or no upgrade and therefore no support.
