Change in database / Script error

I recently transferred all of my files to a new database.  The error I now receive is at this address: http://images.jiscilla.com/cpg132/index.php

I contacted my host regarding this issue and they replied with:
"You need to use the correct mysql database user name and password in your script to connect to mysql database. The issue is arising due to error in in script. "

I understand the error is in my script, but I do not know where to go or what file to fix this problem in.  Can someone pls help?
