I have read almost all of this site and most of the posts, but it really doesn't help me.  I want to up grade my 1.3.x to 1.4.x.  I am assuming that I can upgrade to 1.4.18.  I am really curious about what file to down load, and if I am correct if I can upgrade to 1.4.18, or do I upgrade to a different version?

Download the 1.4.18 package and follow the instructions.
