Users not able to create albums or upload (PHPBB3)

Recently I installed coppermine with the bridge found here on the site and everything seemed to run very smooth untill I logged into the gallery as a regular user and not admin and found I can not upload a picture or create an album. I keep getting the error of no album when I go to upload, So I try to create an album and receive the error that I do not have permission to do that.  Is there some settings I have wrong which would prevent groups or individual users from creating there own album and uploading pics?

Ideally I want each member of a specific group to have there own album and be able to upload there pics.
