[Fixed]: Typo, </form> tag in udb_base.inc.php

Hi, reported from a french coppermine user:
it seems there is an "alone  </form> tag in the bridge.udb_base.inc.php file on line 737. The form closing tage already exists in the util.php file (line 134)

Hasn't this been fixed with revision 4428? Did you look at the released file that is part of cpg1.4.18 or did you actually take a look at the SVN?

Your'e right, i haven't look at the svn but at the 1.4.18 release, sorry
