[Solved]: How to continue my instalattion?

I have uploaded my gallery to my server and I don't know how to continue my installation. It says this message: "The 'include' directory (located in the directory where you uploaded Coppermine) should be writable in order to save your configuration. Use your FTP program to change its mode to 777." I don't know how to redirect include to 777 in order to save. Can somebody help me? I'm new user in these photogallery.

If you can't cope with those instructions, you should review the overall idea to run and maintain a coppermine-driven gallery, as you're not part of the target audience if you lack the skills to use a FTP app, sorry.
