Login problems

Is there any way to correct the login issues - You enter correct details, click ok - then continue, and it takes you back to the login insead of the gallery

Since not everybody has those issues, it's hard to advice anything except: post a link to your gallery for a start.

I'm not going to discuss this again with you - I already told you that you need to upgrade:

you should instead upgrade, as you're running cpg1.4.16, while the most recent stable release currently is cpg1.4.18. All versions before cpg1.4.18 contain serious security flaws that are actively being exploited.

how was i supposed to know i needed to upgrade for this type of problem, as it doesn't happen all the time?.. but thnks..

I already told you in the other thread that upgrading is mandatory. It may or may not fix the problem you report in this very thread. You have to perform the upgrade anyway, as it fixes many issues - after all, there is a reason why new releases get published: they fix stuff that didn't work before.
