Hi,

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and Mambo:

I can login to Mambo with a user name and password when the Mambo bridge is enabled through CM's bridging manager.  If I then type in www.glassresearch.net/coppermine to go to the gallery it just brings me back to www.glassresearch.net instead of going to the gallery.  I think that the issue is the forum url or the relative path but I'm  not sure what the correct settings should be when Mambo is at the root of the domain.  TIA for any help!

Coppermine install: http://www.glassresearch.net/coppermine/
Mambo install: http://www.glassresearch.net/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.18
Mambo version: 4.6.2
Test user account: testingagain / password

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.glassresearch.net
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx (if applicable)

The redirect is because you set Coppermine to not allow unregistered access so it sends you to mambo to register/login. Settings look ok. Maybe you are using a modified or new version of Mambo that is not properly supported by the bridge.

I found this thread... post #5:

http://forum.mambo-foundation.org/showthread.php?t=8153&highlight=coppermine

If I bridge CM with SMF that I already have bridged with Mambo then it's working.  At least one login works for all three at the same time.  I'm not sure if this will work though when I want Mambo to manage the users (instead of SMF) since I'm going to be adding a subscription payment program to the site.

The bridge that is for Mambo in the default pick list for bridging CM.. I'm assuming that it is actually part of CM?  So it was developed by the CM gurus?

The developer who made it is no longer active. It's up to the community to help us keep it working.
