File clones in user gallerys

Ok, this is a little hard to explain... I'm about the delete all user galleries like this one:

But the first file you see there (Blue Fox Group) shouldn't be there... 
The file is (a) in a different user's album (server_dir) and (b) already located here:

If I click on the thumb I get redirected to Home > Flash - SFW > Real Media
The only explanation I can come up with would be that this files are favorites of the users but why do they show up in their regular galleries?

The file probably is linked using the album keaword feature. Read that up in coppermine's documentation.
