Warning -failed to open stream

Coppermine did work before installation. Except that I couldn't upload any picture files. That's why I tried to upgrade. I followed the 1.4.0 to 1.4.18 instructions.

I copied all the files except album files, config.php and anycontent.php.
The installation was complete. But I could not run versioncheck because of error nor upload any photos. It could not move the file.

So I tried to change properties... and suddenly... nothing is working.
