Will pay for outdated album menu list sort mod rewrite

I'm willing to pay for Frogfoot's outdated mod to be written for 1.4.x.  The original mod can be seen here:

What I'd like done is to have the mod rewritten for the current version of CM PLUS make sure that the following are completed in the project:

1.  The mod is applied to ALL drop down menu lists in CM.
2.  It utilizes category/subcategories in the menu lists.
3.  There is an option in the mod through the admin interface to turn it on and off as needed.
4.  The mod should be tested with both bridged and unbridged installations.

I'd like to receive quotes that include the estimated delivery date and charge.
