Maybe this has something to do with Groups permission not set to what I need them to be not sure but I sent an E-Card out and when received, the email didn't have the jpeg just an empty box with the comments I made and an alternative link to the Coppermine site, once alternative link is clicked it asks for password.
Wondering what do I have to set the permissions for the whole E-Card to be seen (Jpeg and comments) by my recipients.

That's what you email client does: for reasons of spam protection, most email clients filter external images from HTML mails. Nothing you can do except not using the ecard feature at all if this bothers you, since you have no control over what mail clients will do with emails. The ecard feature is outdated imo anyway - it's a feature from the nineties and doesn't fit into today's spam-infected internet. It just remains in the package because of popular demand by newbies. I don't know of any power-users who use it.
