Release notes for 3.2.3:

Fixes:
- [Major] out of memory error in PHP (Allowed memory size of XXXX bytes exhausted) while uploading

Changes:
- [Minor] maxChunkSize is now 500, to allow upload on most configuration, without JUpload configuration.

Translation:
- [Hungarian] Partial translation (PHP only)
