After I'm done applying names to the images in the "Edit files Section"
I always get a Error message like this

"Script called without the required parameter(s). (aid630)"

I have tired everything from reading the documentations too looking up and down the forum. For answer
Why do I get this message?

I'm kinda a newbie with Coppermine

I have read the documentation, you have listed above, But I still do not understand how to fix this problem.

Do exactly as suggested in the docs section that I refered to. You have posted a link to your gallery and a test user account - that's fine. However, the number of file upload fields is still set to five (should be set to one) and the number of URI upload fields is still set to three (should be set to zero).
